# Outputs Appear but Do Not Persist

**Symptom:**\
Outputs show up during setup but disappear the next time the action is opened.

**Reason:**\
The Custom Action was not saved after the Outputs were added.

**Solution:**\
After adding your Outputs, click **Save** before closing the Custom Action editor. Reopen the action and confirm that the fields appear under the Outputs list.
