# 定期的な通知の設定

ユースケースによっては、通知を複数回繰り返したい状況が想定されます。

### はじめに

* データを確実に利用できるよう、ユーザーフローをあらかじめ設計（マッピング）しておく必要があります。
* スケジュールされた通知を追跡（管理）するためのコレクションを設定しておく必要があります。

#### 定期的な通知（繰り返し通知）の例

* **日次のカウントダウン：**イベントの1週間前から毎日送信（「あと6日」、「あと5日」など）
* **リマインダーシリーズ：**1週間前、3日前、1日前、当日に送信
* **定期的な予約：**繰り返し行われる予定の週次リマインダー
* **サブスクリプションのアラート：**更新の1週間前から毎日リマインダーを送信

#### 通知レコードの作成

「Notifications（通知）」コレクションに新しいレコードを作成する**「Create（作成）」**アクションを追加します。

**各フィールドの値：**

* **Name:** メインレコードの名前を参照します。
* **Start Date:** トリガーとなる日付から、通知を送信したい数日前／数時間前を引いた日時を指定します。
  * 負の数を使用します: `-14` = 2週間前、`-28` = 4週間前、`-7` = 1週間前
* **Related Appointment（関連する予約）:** 現在のレコードへリンクします。
* **User:** 誰が受信すべきかを指定します。
  * または、該当する場合は関連するユーザーを参照します。
* **Notification Job ID:** 空欄にしておきます（ステップ3で入力します）。

#### 通知のスケジュール設定

* **Recipient（受信者）:** 受信するユーザー（通常はステップ1と同じユーザー）。
* **Title:** 通知のタイトル（件名）。
* **Body:** ユーザーに表示されるメッセージ本文。
  * 関連する詳細（何についてか、誰が関わっているか、時間のコンテキストなど）を含めます。
* **Scheduling Date（スケジュール日時）:** ステップ1で作成した「New Record（新規レコード）」の日付を使用します。

⚠️ **重要：日付フォーマット**を必ず変更する必要があります。

1. 日付フォーマットのフィールドをクリックします（デフォルトは "relative" になっています）。
2. ドロップダウンの一番下までスクロールします。
3. **「No Formatting（フォーマットなし）」**&#x3092;選択します。

これにより、Adaloが必要とする Unix タイムスタンプに変換されます。

* **Repeat Type（繰り返しタイプ）:**
  * 以下のいずれかを選択します。
    * **Minute:** 毎分送信
    * **Daily:** 毎日送信
    * **Weekly:** 毎週送信
    * **Monthly:** 30日ごとに送信
    * **Stopping Criteria（停止条件）:**
      * **End Date Reached（終了日時に達したとき）:** 選択した日付以降に停止します。
        * **End Date:** Magic Text から日付を選択すると、レコードの日付（予約日、期日、イベント日など）に通知が自動的に停止します。
      * **After number of times（送信回数に達したとき）:** 設定した回数の通知が送信された後に停止します。
        * **Number of times:** 整数を入力
  * **Target Screen（ターゲット画面）:** アプリ内の関連するスクリーンへリンクします。

#### 通知レコードを更新して Job ID を保存

スケジュール設定の直後&#x306B;**「Update（更新）」**&#x30A2;クションを追加します。

作成したばかりの通知レコードを更新します。

**これが重要な理由：**&#x4A;ob ID は、このスケジュール通知に対する Adalo 固有の識別子です。後から通知をキャンセルしたり変更したりする際に必要になります。これはスケジュール設定の直後にしか取得できないため、今すぐ保存しておきます。
