# Resetting SSL

If you see a "Your Connection is not Private" message when you navigate to your Adalo App's [custom domain](#use-a-custom-domain-paid), you might need to reset your SSL.

{% hint style="info" %}
SSL certificates are small data files that cryptographically establish an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remain private. [Learn more](https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/what-is-ssl).
{% endhint %}

You can Reset your SSL with these steps:

**1.** While logged into Adalo, click on the profile/account icon in the upper right corner of the Adalo Builder, then click on **Settings**.

**2.** In the popup that appears, click on the **Domains** tab.
