# Special Links: Email, Text (SMS), and Phone

You can use [Link Actions](https://help.adalo.com/~/changes/u7hGXGFGahgZx26fqIxT/action-basics/how-to-link-screens-through-actions#types-of-links) to create buttons that will make phone calls, send text messages, or send emails.

### Phone Call Links

1. Add a Link Action to a component
2. Set the Link to be to a Website.
3. In the URL box, enter "tel:"  followed by the phone number.  The phone itself number can be from [Magic Text](https://help.adalo.com/~/changes/u7hGXGFGahgZx26fqIxT/component-basics/inserting-dynamic-text)
4. When users click this component, it will open their device's phone app with the number pre-dialed

### Email Links

1. Add a Link Action to a component
2. Set the Link to be to a Website.
3. In the URL box, enter "mailto:"  followed by the email address.  The email address itself number can be from [Magic Text](https://help.adalo.com/~/changes/u7hGXGFGahgZx26fqIxT/component-basics/inserting-dynamic-text) such as Current User's email address.
4. When users click this component, it will open their device's email app with the address pre-filled.
