Agree & Sign Modal Screen

This Modal Screen is a pop-up where a user can sign with their finger or a mouse and save that signature to the database.

This screen acts like a pop-up where the user can sign their agreement to the terms and conditions outlined on the previous screen. The signature can be captured with a finger/stylus on a touchscreen device or with the mouse/trackpad on a desktop or laptop.

The signatures are saved as image URLs and are accessible to view via the image component.
