When testing the setup of your Custom Domain you may get the error: Your custom domain could not be verified. Please check your settings and try again.
Domain is not fully setup with provider: If you recently purchased the Domain, you may need to complete additional steps with your provider for DNS management. You also need to make sure that the Domain is properly hosted as this may not be included with every provider.
DNS setup is not complete from the DNS provider: It may take up to 24 hours for DNS records to propagate, depending on your provider. Typically this takes 30 minutes or less but this is not guaranteed.
You have not entered a Subdomain: Adalo does not allow direct connection with Root Domains. This means that you must use a Subdomain when setting up the domain and this needs to be entered as the CNAME in your DNS settings.
Correct: www.mydomainname.com or app.mydomainname.com
