Although not common, you may have an iOS build fail if your Development or Distribution certificates have expired. These certificates have expiration dates and will need to be revoked if they are out of date.

Your Development Certificate has expired
Remove all but one of these certificates in order for Adalo to be able to create a new one when uploading this app to TestFlight (there can be a maximum of 2).
To do this, please follow these steps:
Go to your
Click on Production under the Certificates menu.
Click on the iOS Distribution certificate that is about to expire.
Click Revoke.
Click Revoke to confirm that you want to revoke the certificate.
Go back to Adalo and create a new build for your iOS app. This will generate a fresh certificate.
