Error: Existing Users Can't Upgrade to New App Bundles.
If you are attempting to create a new release and see the error: "You can't rollout this release because it doesn't allow any existing users to upgrade to the newly added app bundles."
This error means that the Version code you are loading is older than the most recent release in the testing track. This is most common when you are loading a build from a new Adalo App to an existing Google Listing for the first time but can also happen when you are promoting releases through the Google Testing Tracks.
Resolution:
Discard release.
Identify the most recent Version code in the Developer account under 'Releases Overview'
Submit a ticket to our team. Include all requested information along with the most recent Version from your releases overview. Formatting will be 123 (1.2.3)
After this is updated by our team, you will submit a new build and load it to your Google Play Listing as a new release.
